Company Policy

Please read this page prior to purchasing a Excursion.

Everyone involved in the selling, purchasing and performing these shore excursions are trusted by each other to act fairly.

Luxe de Asia trusts that the consumer and his agent choose accurately, and that they have checked the ship’s itinerary with that of the tours. That they have checked dates, locations and times prior to guaranteeing the purchase. This means that the passenger or agency should check the itineraries prior to entering the cancellation penalty period, which is 14 days prior to the trip date.

Luxe de Asia are not considered ‘booked’ until the purchaser agrees to these stipulations. Nor are they booked until the vendor confirms the request. Nor are they booked until the payment procedures have been satisfactorily carried out.

Credit card charges are entered immediately after we confirm the requested trip.

Luxe de Asia will allow fully refundable cancellations, by the traveler or the agency, prior to 14 days from the day of the trip. At 14 days Luxe de Asia will not allow any full refund of payments.

Limited Mobility - Luxe de Asia must be notified in writing if any of the guests are limited mobility. Luxe de Asia offers tours that specifically handle those clients, and only those are prepared to handle wheelchairs and any other equipment that might accompany the guests. If a guest has movement issues and books a tour that is not designed for that type of person, Luxe de Asia cannot be responsible for the satisfaction of the client. Luxe de Asia trusts that this display of shore excursions is accurate. We have sent each description to the tour operator for accuracy checks.

Liability for Loss or Injury: Luxe de Asia has no liability because Luxe de Asia is only a booking agent. Customers acknowledge, understand and agree that as a condition of Luxe de Asia accepting a booking from the customer that Luxe de Asia shall not be liable for any loss or injury incurred by the customer. Our customers agree to make appropriate claims with our vendors. Luxe de Asia is responsible for refunds as indicated in this agreement. We trust that the tour operator performs adequately and delivers to the passenger the highest level of professionalism.

The purchaser agrees that Luxe de Asia reserves the right to make changes to an activity.

Sometimes Luxe de Asia and its vendors must make last minute changes. For example, we might have to substitute a boat when, at the last minute, the original boat becomes inoperable or unavailable. If you find that the change is not acceptable, please refrain from taking the trip for we cannot make refunds once you agree to the change. Luxe de Asia also defers to their operators to make changes in the order of an itinerary, as the operator takes into consideration current events that might affect the day. And please understand that we make these changes only with your best interest in mind.

Customers who dispute a Luxe de Asia credit card charge by filing chargeback notice with their credit card companies will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee (per chargeback notice) by Luxe de Asia if the chargeback is ruled in the favor of Luxe de Asia by the financial institution.

Trip cancellation insurance is available and is highly recommended. If the purchaser already carries this type of insurance, he is directed to contact the insurance company to add in the coverage of these trips.

The purchaser has read these stipulations and agrees with them.
